Xylan

Xylan is generally used to reduce friction, improve wear resistance, and for non-stick applications. Additionally, it can be used to protect a metal from corrosion.

Epoxy

Epoxies produce a hard, chemical and solvent resistant finish. They are typically used on concrete and steel to give resistance to water, alkali and acids.

Zinc Phosphate

Phosphate coatings are used on steel parts for corrosion resistance, lubricity, or as a foundation for subsequent coatings or painting. It serves as a conversion coating in which a dilute solution of phosphoric acid and phosphate salts is applied via spraying or immersion and chemically reacts with the surface of the part being coated to form a layer of insoluble, crystalline phosphates.

Powder Coat

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing dry powder. The coating is typically an electrostatic application and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin". The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for metals, such as household appliances, aluminum extrusions, drum hardware, Tractor equipment, automobile and bicycle parts.

Polyurethane

Polyurethane is a spray on paint that results in a powder coat like finish, that air dries. This paint can be applied over epoxy coats to give it a glossy finish. It's used for mostly industrial purposes.

Blasting

We offer different types of blasting services such as Star blast and Glassbead.
